Seize the full experience of decadence in a small Sydney function venue – This ballroom can accomodate from 60 – 210 people in banquet style or 200 – 450 for cocktail stand-up function. The Ruby Ballroom is the perfect intimate function space to set the scene for a lavish event – An ideal location for all your precious memories and milestones. A lovely choice for a smaller wedding with an outdoor ceremony on the balcony continued with an opulent reception indoors reminiscent of Old Hollywood. Also perfect for unforgettable birthday parties, baby showers, christenings, corporate parties or other special events.

Bespoke And Opulent Decor
Every function space at the HIGHLINE venue is its own sterling gem to behold. The Ruby Ballroom, one of our smallest function rooms, is similar in design to our Emerald and Sapphire ballrooms. Each has palatial white cladding walls around a white satin dance floor, over 4.1-meter ceilings, a swanky 1920s inspired bar and lounge area with dark accents, and luxurious chandeliers. But our dedication to luxury does not stop there.
We treat every table as its own masterpiece, with modern gold plated cutlery, crystal cut glassware and French gold candelabra.

Our private rooms offer you & your guests or bridal party the perfect intimate location. Each of our private rooms conveniently contain restrooms, showers, smart TVs, mini bars, change-rooms with grand mirrors, lounges as well as hair & make-up preparation areas.
Whether hosting a VIP party or gathering business associates together for a statement occasion – Our private rooms also offer you the perfect event space for events on a smaller scale.
Packages & Catering
The Ruby Ballroom is available for your event as a seated banquet space for 70 – 200 guests and a standing cocktail venue for 200 – 450 guests. Our chefs and kitchen staff are renowned among party venues and corporate events for delicious cuisine. Enjoy authentic Chinese banquets, flavourful Mediterranean or Lebanese dishes, modern Australian or Italian dining in a silver plate service, banquet-style dining or cocktail party service.
