The HIGHLINE Venue offers complimentary onsite parking located underground with convenient direct lift access to each ballroom.

There are additional parking areas available in the vicinity of The HIGHLINE Venue located on Chapel Rd, Meredith Street, French Ave & Kitchener Parade.

FAQs

Do you have catering or do we find someone ourselves?

We have a fully equipped commercial kitchen capable of servicing multiple events on any given day and with our in-house team of multi-cultural Chefs we are able to tailor event and wedding menus of various cuisines. Looking for specific cuisines or have an existing relationship with a gold-licensed caterer? We are open to having them cater for your event within our kitchen facilities – so long as they fulfil food safety and quality checks.

We have specific food and dietary requirements such as halal, kosher, vegan...etc Does your function venue offer this?

Certainly! Our commercial kitchen has been designed to have multiple areas of cooking, service and plating in addition to our dry and cold rooms that will ensure separation from other produce is adhered to and we regularly maintain certification to ensure we conform to requirements. With other dietary requirements such as vegan or allergies, our team of Chefs and coordinators can assist in planning the perfect menu for your event to cater for your family and guests.

Will we have a proper bridal room to relax or get ready in?

Each ballroom has its own self-contained bridal room / greenroom and it consists of lounges, preparation table, shower and bathroom facilities. These are secured and can be used privately by the bridal party, family and VIPs. For more information on the facilities click here

Do we supply our own alcohol?

The HIGHLINE Venue offers menu packages with an alcohol package of beers and wines from our seasonal selection, and for any other preferences, alcohol can be brought in and served by our RSA qualified bar staff for the event.

Can we hold our civil or cultural wedding ceremony at The HIGHLINE Venue?

Each ballroom has it’s own terrace that can be booked in for your wedding ceremony, so we’d be delighted to offer a ceremony package that is inclusive of 40 white Italian folding chairs. Refreshments and snacks can be added to the package should you like as well.

Can we go past midnight?

Our function venue curfew is midnight, however we have a fantastic partnership with Replay Karaoke bar and lounge located in the same building of Little Saigon Plaza. It’s open until 2AM and a great way to kick on for some more fun! Chat to your event coordinator for more details about extending your party at Replay.

Can we bring in our own audio/visual and lighting supplier?

We have had Showtime Productions create an amazing lighting and audio/visual sound system throughout the venue so there is no need to bring in an external supplier, however should your vision for the event require additional equipment then we would be happy to facilitate a consultation with their A/V design team to quote on your needs.

We love the look of the venue and would like to secure it, how much deposit is required?

To secure your event with The HIGHLINE Venue and to ensure your chosen date and ballroom is allocated for you, a deposit of $5,000 is required at the time of electronically signing the contract.
