A complimentary dine-in menu tasting for up to 10 guests on selected dates, generally held one to two months before your wedding.

Up to 10 dietary meals, vegetarian, vegan or non-seafood, including your selected beverage package.

Chef’s selection of four roaming canapés per guest, served with your beverage package for 30 minutes before guests enter the ballroom (up to 80 guests).

Our Events Coordination team will assist in arranging your gift selections as part of the planning stages.

Foam Display Cake

A decorative foam cake for formalities and photography. Clients may select from our available display cake designs, subject to availability. Final selection is to be confirmed with your Event Coordinator up to two weeks prior to your event.

This promotion is available for new bookings only, cannot be applied retrospectively, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. All eligible bookings remain subject to venue availability and HIGHLINE’s standard booking terms and conditions.

Receive a credit voucher towards your styling and floral setup with our in-house styling team, Styled by HIGHLINE.

  • Spend $2,000 ex. GST or more and receive a $250 voucher
  • Spend $3,000 ex. GST or more and receive a $400 voucher
  • Spend $4,000 ex. GST or more and receive a $500 voucher

The voucher applies per event booking based on the total confirmed styling spend (not per invoice or separate order). Valid for 60 days from the date of paying your deposit for your HIGHLINE Venue event. Not transferable for cash or credit. Applies to Styled by HIGHLINE floral and décor services only. Excludes GST and any third-party supplier fees or event elements.

Three hours of complimentary access to one private bridal suite prior to your reception (one additional hour beyond our standard inclusion). Early access commences three hours prior to your official reception start time, after which the bridal suite remains available for your use throughout the duration of your event. Please refer to your Event Coordinator for your confirmed runsheet and access times. Access to the bridal suite is limited to the couple, immediate family, bridal party and nominated guests, with a maximum of 20 people permitted at any one time.

Redeem one of the following when booking your wedding reception on the day of your venue tour. Please advise our Coordination Team of your selected gift no later than two months prior to your event date. Once selected, your complimentary gift cannot be changed, transferred, exchanged for another gift, or redeemed for cash or credit.
